Nestled in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Paris, stands La Poste du Louvre, an emblematic building of 32,000M2 and symbol of the transformation of La Poste. The building has been completely transformed to open up to the city, with not only the return of its mythical post office, but also a dozen shops, co-working spaces, a drop-in daycare , social housing, a yoga studio, a hotel or even several catering outlets. And wow that view from the rooftop - how can anyone resist that!

This building now has everything to delight Parisians and tourists. In addition to the historic post office the place now unveils stores, social housings, a daycare, offices, and services, and a hotel with an exquisite restaurant and rooftop bar.
La Post du Louvre is accessible through 5 entrances, which give access to the main patio. On the ground floor, a genuine shopping mall expects you with 13 stores. The Hotel Madame Rêve, is set on the fourth and fifth floors with 82 bedrooms and suites, providing different views on the capital city, half of them enjoying a balcony. Madame Rêve also enjoys a cocktail bar and two restaurants.
The building with the best transformation of the year in our book. An outstanding architectural achievement that not only celebrates the history of this building, the transformation into a multi use venue has also catapulted it into a bright future. What function doesn't this former post office have?! Just wow. Our "Inside Paris" friends were so right to add this jewel to the map.
