It has been our outlet during the pandemic and if you are looking for a place to learn from the best - this is where you should go. It is for a good reason Montréal was designated as the “skate town” of the year 2019 in its annual T-Eddy Awards exclusive of the renowned Trasher Magazine.

The 900 m2 concrete dome skatepark hosted the Vans Park Series, bringing some of the best men and women skateboarders in the world together for a weekend. It was created by Vans in collaboration with the California Skateparks company, which has designed hundreds of such parks around the world. The Stadium’s Vans Skatepark is one of the best places in Canada for skateboarders. Recently a 10,000 m2 street section was added.

June 2021 Montreal unveiled the massive new section at the Vans Skatepark, which complements the pro-level 900-square-metre concrete bowl that was completed in 2019 to host the Canadian stop of the Vans Park Series competition. Measuring a whopping 10,000 square metres, the new street course section features rails, ledges, and banks for everyone — whether you’ve been skating for decades, or have been inspired by our Canadian athletes shredding it up at the summer Olympics in Tokyo.
