Giorgio revisits the old-fashioned codes of “chic and trendy” restaurants from the great disco period. We find the kitsch inspirations of the sumptuous Italian restaurants of the 70s and 80s, which interpreted the palazzo style with pop sauce. Neither completely nostalgic nor completely avant-garde, Giorgio pays homage to disco glamor, the very codes of which were tinged with a certain idea of the future.
